Fair Gaming

Bonuses & Wagering

Account Security

General Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the User and tt7000 with respect to access to and use of the tt7000 online gaming platform, available at tt7000.app and any associated mobile-optimised domains or applications (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, rummy, and any promotional or loyalty programme activity.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accepting any bonus, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
tt7000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, tt7000 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version produced for user convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
tt7000 operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction and for any applicable tax obligations arising from winnings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through tt7000's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. tt7000 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any particular national court for the purposes of these Terms, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
Language
All communications between tt7000 and its users — including support interactions, account notifications, bonus announcements, and formal dispute correspondence — shall be conducted in English. Support is available in English via live chat 24 hours a day and via WhatsApp between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Account Registration & Eligibility
To use the betting, gaming, and loyalty services offered by tt7000, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and maintain a tt7000 account only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tt7000 operates a strict 18+ policy. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and are mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal.
- You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of tt7000 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You have not previously been permanently excluded from the Platform under the self-exclusion programme or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.
- All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Identity Verification (KYC)
tt7000 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a condition of withdrawal. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity (a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method ownership. tt7000 may request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to verification of source of funds.
Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may still place bets and play casino games up to the platform's unverified deposit limit. Withdrawal requests submitted on unverified accounts will be held pending until verification is completed. tt7000 accepts no liability for delays to withdrawals caused by an incomplete or pending KYC process.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or that occurs as a result of your credentials being disclosed to a third party — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tt7000 support immediately via live chat.
Deposits & Withdrawals
tt7000 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location or account status.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits are credited to your tt7000 account in real time in the case of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on issuing bank processing times.
- tt7000 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside tt7000's control and are your responsibility.
- Only funds deposited from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
- tt7000 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originates from a legitimate source of funds. Failure to provide such evidence may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a formal change request has been submitted to and approved by the support team.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for card withdrawals may be up to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed KYC verification. See Section 2 for KYC requirements.
- Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wagered balances are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for bonus wagering terms.
- tt7000 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual, including withdrawals that exceed a user's historical average transaction value by a significant margin.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on tt7000 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as published on the Platform. In all cases where a specific rule is not addressed by the market-specific documentation, the general rules in this section shall apply.
General Betting Rules
- A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your account's bet history. tt7000 accepts no liability for bets that were not received or recorded due to technical issues on the user's device or internet connection.
- The minimum stake on any single bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
- Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is processed, the user will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
- In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at tt7000's discretion, including during periods of significant event action (e.g., wickets falling, goal kicks, round changes in boxing). Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
- tt7000 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including obvious pricing errors where the published odds were materially inconsistent with true market prices at the time of placement.
Cricket Betting
Cricket markets on tt7000 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other major tournaments. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or not completed in full, settlement will follow the official rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.) as adopted by tt7000's trading team. Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Casino and Live Casino
All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, are subject to the rules displayed within each individual game interface. tt7000 acts as a distributor of third-party game content; game outcomes are determined by the relevant provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by physical dealing and wheel-spinning equipment operated in certified studios. tt7000 has no capacity to influence individual game outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, any bets that were confirmed prior to disconnection will stand and be settled according to the game result. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the time of disconnection will be voided and stakes returned.
Prohibited Gaming Conduct
- Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage — including in poker, rummy, or any other multiplayer game format — is prohibited.
- Deliberate exploitation of software errors, bugs, or incorrectly priced markets constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation may be voided.
- Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between tt7000 and other operators in a systematic manner are prohibited and may result in stake restrictions or account closure.
Bonuses & Promotions
tt7000 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, published on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
- Standard promotional bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Free spin winnings carry a minimum of 15x.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Standard slots contribute 100%. Certain low-margin games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%), as specified in the promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus wagering will expire and the bonus balance will be removed from the account.
Bonus Abuse
tt7000 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game; coordinating with other players to distribute bonus claims; and using deposit and withdrawal cycling to exploit bonus terms. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed. In cases of systematic fraud, tt7000 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance pending investigation.
VIP Loyalty Programme
tt7000's three-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold) is governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately on the Platform. In general, VIP status is determined by a rolling 30-day qualifying wager calculation. Cashback is paid weekly. tt7000 reserves the right to alter VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme benefits with 14 days' written notice to affected members.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of using the tt7000 Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where relevant — referral to the appropriate authorities.
Your Obligations as a User
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will update your account details promptly if any information changes.
- You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and will not use it for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent or reselling access to tt7000 services to third parties.
- You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
- You will not deposit funds that originate from criminal activity, and you will not use the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or fraud.

Prohibited Activities
- Registering more than one account on the Platform.
- Using the account of another person, whether with or without their consent.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
- Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or disruptive content via the Platform or its communication channels.
- Using the Platform's chat functions or support channels to harass, threaten, or abuse tt7000 staff or other users.
- Publishing, sharing, or distributing any part of the Platform's content, data, or intellectual property without prior written consent from tt7000.
- Any conduct that tt7000 reasonably determines to be designed to defraud the Platform or other users.
Account Suspension & Closure
tt7000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. Reasonable grounds include but are not limited to: fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any conduct that tt7000 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the voluntary closure of your tt7000 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a permanent self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of the confirmed request. tt7000 will not accept re-registration from a permanently self-excluded player. Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tt7000 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. tt7000 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a user as a result of an account closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tt7000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered on it. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; account suspension carried out in accordance with these Terms; changes to game availability, odds, or market offerings; delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers; or interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical events.
tt7000 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tt7000 invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime cannot be guaranteed and tt7000 accepts no liability for losses arising from unplanned downtime.
tt7000's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tt7000 Platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, graphic design, software, text, data, and game presentation — is the intellectual property of tt7000 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Platform for your own entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tt7000 content without explicit prior written permission.
